Taste the delicious gastronomy of Navarre at our restaurant. A calm and intimate place were sit down and enjoy the products of the of Navarre garden.

David Yárnoz, the only chef with two Michelin Stars in Navarra, brings his author’s kitchen to our daily menu, weddings and events putting together the Navarre products with his experience to elaborate traditional recipes in innovative plates that will surprise to any taste buds.

Yárnoz, (43 years old) the gastronomic director of the Hotel Pamplona El Toro ****, is a young chef with a brilliant profesional experience and formation at the main restaurants of Spain (Akelarre, Celler de Can Roca, Mugaritz, Bodegón Alejandro).

His restaurant was chosen in 2004, as restaurant revelation in the gastronomic congress ‘Madrid Fusion’. A club that only 15 cookers shape in the whole Spain.

Since then, he has not stopped growing, in 2007 he obtained a Michelin Star at the Molino de Urdániz Restaurant and recently he has obtained the second one (November 2018).

His last challenge was the opening in 2014 of a restaurant in Shangai (China).
The culinary team is completed by David Viedma, as Kitchen chief, and Carlos Berisa, as Chef Executive.
